Our story
For a decade, Sumaira Malik Employments Services has helped families across Pakistan find dependable domestic staff — maids, babysitters, cooks, drivers, patient attendants and more. What began as a small placement service in Islamabad has grown into a name families recommend to their neighbours and relatives.
Our work is simple: we meet candidates in person, verify their identity and experience, understand exactly what your home needs, and then make the right match. No shortcuts, no guesswork.
Today we serve six cities — Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Abbottabad, Jhelum — and we are available 24/7, because household needs don't follow office hours.
Why families choose us
- Verified candidates — CNIC-checked, with confirmed work history.
- Right match, not just any match — we listen to your routine, duties and budget first.
- Clear rates — service rates discussed openly before you commit.
- Support after placement — we stay in touch to make sure the arrangement works.
